Oddie-thanks for the info regarding Ms. Rebortira. Joy has access to the crew assignments and would know who will be flying on Julie's flight. If she knows the purser or any of the crew members on that particular date.....she could request for them to give Julie extra attention. Unfortunately, she cannot request for preferential seats. The best thing that could happen in that situation...is if Pinky is on that flight!

It shows that Oddie understands my medical situation and being a daughter of Florence; she is being true to the ode of alleviating a patient's pains, (physical and emotional) discomforts and making the bed the cleanest and most comfortable bed to sleep.
