Dear Friends,
I am sharing with you some of our pics shot at the Montemar Beach Club, Morong, Bataan. The family treated the Castro clan to a trip to the beach for his children graduated from college. Ganito na ako ngayon....51 na naman ako eh...Thanks everybody and looking forward to seeing you..

P.S"his" refers to kuya, kuya's children graduated from their respective degrees. And hayaan na ninyong ipagyabang ko sila. His boy from aircraft degree plus aircraft pilot and his girl, from medicine. And I am very proud of them...

Hey Ms Julie, looked like you had a wonderful vacation in Bataan..Last time I was there was during my high school years. The nun who was our principal then, is/was from Morong Bataan ( don't know if she is still alive) , and we stayed in her house overnight and went to a beach resort too the next morning.
Congratulations to your family! Yeah, be proud of them!!! I am, dahil they are my kababayans, even if I don't know them personally!!!!

Julie, you looked so good in your blue bathing suit and matching blue headband. The pink frizz bee touching the sand and wonderful smile and playful attitude were so inviting!!! Way to go girl, enjoy your life, you deserved it. The scenery looked so lovely, that makes me think of visiting the Philippines in the near future.
Thank you for sending these pictures. You still looked the same, the years haven't age you a bit. That wonderful smile of yours will keep you young and vibrant to face whatever life may bring. You are a role model for all of us!!
Oddie, thank you for the wonderful forwards. I liked the new prison in the U.K. AND YOUR COMPARISON BETWEEN PRISON AND WORK. Very funny indeed. I am looking forward to more funny articles like this. I am expecting one before lunch and one before I go to bed for my entertaining pleasure. Thanks!

Dear Friends,
Finally, nakapag-post din ako ng my most recent pics. (Nagka-digital shots din ako courtesy of my niece.) Maganda ang beach doon and honestly hindi ko pa nga na-explore the places outside Montemar for the place itself is so relaxing, a real work of mother earth. In the morning, I just collect shells. Kapag nag-swim sa beach kasama namin ang mga fishes, squids and crabs; hindi na kailangang mag-snorkeling. Such beauty of the sea. And siempre kapag nandiyan na ang mga dikya..takbo na sa pampang.. Thank you for all your warm messages. Oddie, it would be a thrill to me to experience the waters of San Diego. Thanks a lot for noticing my headband, Mildred. You got an eye for something in a person, beyond what the person seems to be. My blue headband ay pang-hawi ko ng buhok kapag under the sea. Yap, Melle, nothing beats a holiday with the family. And that is my big, big wish to have a holiday in America with my family. China is no fun visiting without the family. Enjoy if the family is around, lalo na sa bayaran! LOL!

Julie do not forget to bring these pictures during our reunion because we will continue to make our scrapbook at Sarah's place. Each and everyone of us will make a page of their family for the scrapbook...You look great. When you told us that you look very skinny, I felt sad..."akala ko masyado kanang payat"...You look wonderful to me in the pics. "Mabuti kapa nakakapag bathing suit pa...meron naman ipapakita...hihihhihihi"

I have never been to Bataan...I hope someday when I get a chance I could visit beautiful places from North to South of the PI.

Just a reminder for all the ladies who will coming to the reunion to not forget to bring your old picture from college if you have one and family pictures you want to place on your scrapbook page...

Sorry...I have been out of touch for awhile...I am back now...

Veron, what happened to you? busy ka nanaman sa Korean soap mo ano?
Mildred, no entertainment ka this morning, baka this pm mayroon na akong maiforward...
Julie, same with Veron, akala ko skinny ka pero tama lang your body size...that is good! Dito sa SD, di pa ako nag swimming sa dagat, kasi can not stay under the sun...medyo di kami vibes ng sun dahil sa mga facial tx na ginagamit ko...hanggang tingin na lang ako, under the shade pa....pag gardening nga, sa evening ako lumalabas most of the time..even with SPF 40 sunblocker I burn....

Nag join din ako ng Dahn Yoga for breathing and relaxation...First week palang ako.

I heard that there is a room for alumni "memorabilia?". So if possible "Paki" nalang...

So good to be back...Love yah...

Veron, good job, walking is a good form of exercise and also good for the heart. As I was telling you guys before, our bodies are aging, therefore we need to do something about it to prevent more aches and pains in the future. I am so proud of you Veron, if you are consistent in your regimen, your body will get adjusted to your exercises. Later on , you will feel more relaxed, energized and pain free. Then you can proudly wear your old gown again.

You can visit me in my office once a week ,free of charge of course since you belong to the DAUGHTERS OF NIGHTINGALE CLUB..
LOL...

Veron, good that you are walking in preparation for the gown event! pero huwag mo dibdibin, kasi we can always wear pants with a kinda formal blouse, ok na iyon. Exercise is always good, I'm slacking on that too! but always think that we all will not see or scrutinize your body or what you are wearing, we will see our classmate Veron, the one we've known 30 yrs ago. The images of who we were and who we are now will be the same...if the old gown does not fit, am pretty sure that you have black pants in your closet and a frilly top to wear...Melle, this is also the answer to your question re: if we really have to wear a gown? the answer is NO! the last reunion I attended in San Pedro, some were wearing pants with nice tops. So wear something you will be comfortable in, kasi am pretty sure you will be going from one table to another, kissing and hugging, saying your hellos....

Make sure you bring under arm deodorant and perfume.LOL.just kidding

Thanks Oddie.

Julie, it looks like you put on weight from the time I saw you last. But you still look good, I think even better. You must have enjoyed the halo-halo with ube ice cream and leche flan this summer!

Yap Melle, I put on some weight from the last time you saw me. Ang payat ko noon, ano. For in a way I have recovered from sadness and grief over my mother's leaving. Ganoon pala ang grief, sadness and loss. It is my first time to experience such emotional pains and I wouldn't wish on anybody. My father passed away 22 years ago and I am very over it. But up to now that yucky feelings are still there; terrible feelings and I wouldn't wish on anybody. Even my cardiologists noticed it and told me, "it seem you have recovered from your depression". Yap. You know ladies the secret to the fastest way to lose weight? Lasix or diuretics. But I wouldn't recommend it for it is not good. If I feel heavy I take it 2x a day even 3x. It is advised to me once a day. If I just do a no salt diet then I don't take Lasix; pinapahinga ko naman ang aking kidneys. Bugbog na ako sa drugs!

Wala pong anuman, Chairman Mildred. I am very happy to do it for our magnificent at talagang magnificent and intelligent class kasi we are the first biggest batch with the largest numbers of accepted enrollees. Tapos all of us passed the board exam with flying colors kaya 100% board passers ang Trinity. Now, ewan ko lang.
