Dear All Daughters of Nightingale Class 1978, hayaan na ninyong dito ko ilagay ang aking taos-pusong pasasalamat sa buong klase, organizing committee with Chairman Mildred as head of the organization for fixing things up for all of us and me specially, Oddie & Caloy and family for the kind accommodation, Cora for managing the big bucks, Veron for warmly accepting me as soon as we arrived in California and fetching me at the hotel, together with Rachel and the children for that wonderful trip and introducing us to San Fancisco and what a fine place it is, how I wish kung sana lang iba ang naging kapalaran ko. Mr. and Mrs. Telly Delovino for taking us to San Diego along with the Sabas family. Sarah and family for welcoming me, us warmly in their home. Geegee and Patti for the video. Melle, Teta, Chato, Cecille for the warm gifts. And many more the pc shop is about to close so itutuloy ko sa pc ko.....abot hanggang langit ang aking pasasalamat.

You have very nice pics, meron pa ba?

In total, the video is great, well done Julie! Thank you for making me laugh, alam ko naman nagpapatawa ka! Thank you for being a friend!

Julie, it was an honor to play a simple part in paving the way for you to come over to the reunion.Indeed, it was my pleasure!!!My only regret was that I was not able to see your lovely smile and excitement during the event.Nevertheless, I can picture you in my mind due to the many pictures in the blog sent by a lot of our classmates headed by Melle, our computer genius.Thank you for your wonderful gift, I will treasure it in my heart.

By the way Melle, I did not realize that I was in the Board of Directors... LOL.. THANKS for thinking of me... What are we directing? LOL...

I will not be able to be in the blog for a while, vacation time for the family in Myrtle Beach before I bring my daughter to College in PA, the next blog will be our mini reunion in Maryland at Mey's house. Rachel, don't forget to come, I am expecting you to open the door for me by 2p.m. LOL..

Melle, I have no other song in mind except "Pearly Shells". Iyon ang theme song ng class ngayon. If ever I failed to mention your name in the roster of friends to thank, numero uno ka doon at alam ng langit iyon. At madami pa kayon. LOL...

Thanks Oddie! Cynthia is really right, Oddie's home is one place where heaven can be reach. Very beautiful home at may everlasting pa. Perfect home for our next reunion.

Hi Mildred! Thank you for accepting the position. Yes, you are one of the Board of Directors of Class 78 being a past president of the class. We know we can rely on you. We are just putting a structure in place for our organization. Maybe next time we will have to elect the members of the executive board. We will focus on a project which is still in the planning stage. Will tell you more about it when we hear from the college of nursing. I really hope Pat can join the blog so that she can give us info or updates as it comes.

What I did was just use windows movie maker and paste photos and add music. Una balak ko, "whistle down the wind" by tina arena, then "the prayer" by josh groban or andrea bocelli, "thank you song" by karen carpenter or something from "the journey" and then the band played in my mind! "Pearly Shells", a class song for me now at hindi na "climb every mountain" naakyat ko na kasi ang bundok. Hula naman!

Julie, mas maganda ang choice of music mo, ok ang Pearly Shells. Pag mas madami na akong photos sa dinner dance na nagsasayaw ang class ng hula, I will make a video clip of it too. OK yan! WMM is user friendly. I am sure you will enjoy making movies once you learn the tricks. Put all the music you've downloaded in a folder so that when you need a theme song you can always pick out from your music folder and you don't have to download the same song again.
LOL

Melle, iyan ang hinihintay ko kasi hindi ko nailagay sa video mode and cam ko when "pearly shells" was playing and you danced the hula so gracefully, and the whole people join in the dancing. It was such a happy moment. Thanks at na-capture mo pala! That will really be fun and so happy to watch! Aabangan ko siya.
